||Stack Profiling System(SPS) for 108 units of RTGs: Busbar detection is implemented through current collector contactors. Hoist and trolley positions are used to calculate row number and height. While the spreader is moving from chassis lane to yard, trajectory is recorded for safety protection. Yaskawa PLC, Fuji PLC, Siemens PLC are involved in the system. No scanners are required in our system.
||3 units of E-RTG system: Normal GenSet RTGs are converted to E-RTG. Our scope is to control Cavotec cable reel system, design magnetc type automatic gantry steering system (AGSS), power synchronization between GenSet and Yard Power Grid. Yaskawa PLC is used in the system.
||PLC system upgrading for AGV control: 15 sets of Matsushita PLC are upgraded to new version with different communication media for controlling Automatic Guided Vehcile(AGV).
